Planning Committee Meetings
**** Due to the increased frequency of the main Parish Council meetings it is no longer necessary to have a separate Planning Committee and meetings. These ceased mid-2022, past meetings and agendas can be found below. In addition the Clerk has "delegated powers" to submit planning comments on behalf of the Council between meetings in accordance with Planning Policy where appropriate. ****

A meeting of the planning committee is called as and when necessary to consider Planning Applications upon which Newton Flotman Parish Council has been consulted. More about how the planning committee operates can be found in their terms of reference.
The agendas and minutes are available here to download. If you would like access to previous minutes please contact the clerk in the first instance, for very old minutes you may be directed to the Norfolk Records Office.

Agendas are posted here at least three days before a meeting and draft minutes are usually available within two weeks of a meeting, with approved minutes published after the following meeting.
